Good variety, decent quality
I ordered a bunch of stuff for a home project-some Machine Screws, Flat Washers, and a few different sizes of Cable Ties. Everything was packaged well; no loose items or damaged boxes. The quality of the fasteners and ties seems good, solid enough for my DIY needs. Fair value, slow support
I bought a Multimeter and some Heat Shrink Tubing. The prices were competitive, especially with the free shipping offer over $50, which I qualified for. The Multimeter seems sturdy and works fine for basic checks. The tubing was good quality. My only complaint was when I tried to call customer service about a tracking update; it took quite a while to get through to someone, almost 15 minutes on hold. Once I did, they were polite and helpful, but the wait was a bit much. Overall, I'd probably buy from them again for the product selection and value.
